Dy sylw: Seeing as though the spring is fast approaching and the weather will hopefully be improving, it would be nice to have somewhere on campus that sold ice cream. Perhaps in the SU shop? I think a lot of people would really appreciate this and would be very popular with students. Having spoken to others about this, they are also in agreement with me. If this is a possibility, I would ask that there are vegan and dairy free alternatives seeing as though there is a significant percentage of the student population that is vegan or lactose-intolerant.
