Your comment: Seeing as though the spring is fast approaching and the weather will hopefully be improving, it would be nice to have somewhere on campus that sold ice cream. Perhaps in the SU shop? I think a lot of people would really appreciate this and would be very popular with students. Having spoken to others about this, they are also in agreement with me. If this is a possibility, I would ask that there are vegan and dairy free alternatives seeing as though there is a significant percentage of the student population that is vegan or lactose-intolerant.

Thank you for your tell us now for us to sell ice cream. This is something that we are looking into and are looking to source a freezer from our suppliers in the next couple of weeks. We will of course stock vegan products within this as standard as well.
