Dy sylw: I've been in floor F of the library for the last 5 hours and haven't been able to take my coat or hoodie off in the Carrels or Glazes - I know that the temperature outside of these rooms is decent however they're really cold inside, especially due to how windy it is. I understand that it would be a massive undertaking to fix the draughty windows but maybe a small heater or at least a blanket or something would be really useful, my hands are like ice but I just can't concentrate when there are people walking around me if I'm outside of a Carrel or Glaze :(
