Mail will be delivered directly to your block, flat or house. It is crucial the sender includes your full postal address and postcode. Any mail addressed incorrectly will be undelivered and returned to sender. To find out your full postal address and postcode, please click the relevant residence below:
We do not accept parcels on behalf of students so therefore; ensure the correct address is written on it. You will not know your full address until the date you move in – we cannot divulge your address early under any circumstance. If your parcel is wrongly addressed or delivered, you will need to contact the courier or Royal Mail directly – we will not take any responsibility for a misplaced parcel. This includes any parcel which may have been sent to your old address by mistake.
Any parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail or a Courier Company straight to your block, flat or house. If you are not in when they call, you will be left a calling card giving details of where you can collect your parcel from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept parcels on your behalf. However, if you’re ordering from amazon, you can get your parcel delivered to the Amazon Locker in the AberSU underground.
Any mail delivered after you have moved out will be returned to sender.
