Accommodation Office

Our Accommodation Office Team, within Estates, Facilities & Residences can help with any general enquiries relating to your accommodation and can be contacted in the following ways:

Phone: 01970 622984 (open 8.30am–5.00pm, Monday–Thursday - 8.30am-4.30pm Friday) - there is a phone in each building entrance (or in the communal block for PJM) which will connect you to this number.

Security

Our Security Team, within Estates, Facilities & Residences, are available 24/7 and provide a staffed reception and can be contacted in the following ways:

Phone: 01970 622649 - 24/7 University Helpline - there is a phone in each building entrance (or in the communal block for PJM) which will connect you to this number.

In Person: Visit our Security Team, based at the Penglais Campus Reception (open 24/7).

If you require an Ambulance, Police, Fire or Coastguard you should immediately call the emergency services on:

Internal phone: 222.

The nearest hospital is Bronglais General Hospital, located on Penglais Hill, approximately 0.4 miles from the main campus.
