Cafodd Rosemary radd BSc dosbarth cyntaf mewn Mathemateg ac Addysg, cyn mynd ymlaen i wneud ei PhD mewn addysg ym mis Gorffennaf 2008. Roedd ei doethuriaeth yn canolbwyntio ar gyfranogiad myfyrwyr mewn mathemateg yng Nghymru. Ar hyn o bryd mae Rosemary yn dysgu modiwl yn ymwneud â datblygiad plant, seicoleg addysgol ac addysg mathemategol ar y cwrs gradd BA anrhydedd sengl mewn Astudiaethau Plentyndod ac ar raddau cyfun mewn Addysg.
