Overview

In this course, we will explore scientific findings on what makes us happy and try to apply these in our lives! The purpose of this course is not only to understand the theories underlying Positive Psychology but also to explore its applications and experience the impact of Positive Psychology interventions.
Throughout the eight weeks of this course, we will explore topics such as engagement, meaning, gratitude and positive relationships. Each week you will take part in short activity aimed at increasing your wellbeing based on findings from Positive Psychology. This course will be delivered online and will include elements of self-directed learning as well as weekly live sessions focused on discussion and collaboration.
