Jenny left school with 3 O-levels but went on to graduate with a First Class Honours from Bristol University in her mid-thirties.

She continues to study and has recently completed Mindfulness teacher training with Zenways and is nearing the end of a Hakomi Psychotherapy training with Hakomi Education Network.

Jenny has lived in West Wales for 12 years and prior to that was in Bristol.

She is passionate about meditation, listening and the power of rest.

She loves spending quality time with friends and family, gardening and watching water birds fly.
