What is the best time to start postgraduate study?
The best time to undertake a postgraduate degree differs for everyone, and may be dictated by individual financial circumstances. A large number of students continue their postgraduate studies immediately after graduating, or within a couple of years. Increasingly, however, employers are recognising the benefits of postgraduate training, both to the company and the individual, and support their employees in this area. You may consider, therefore, undertaking a part-time postgraduate degree, or study via Distance Learning, while you are working, as professional development. A postgraduate degree is also a useful qualification if you are considering a new career path.
