Entry Requirements

Foundation

International Foundation Certificate

  • 30-week: Certificate of Complete Secondary General Education with minimum 65% overall and in relevant subjects.
    Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview.
  • IELTS: for UKVI 4.5 - 5.0 depending on pathway selected.
  • 15-week: Certificate of Complete Secondary General Education with minimum 70% overall and in relevant subjects.
    Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview.
  • IELTS: for UKVI 5.0-5.5 depending on pathway selected.

Applicants must have an IELTS for UKVI or Trinity College SELT from a UK government approved test centre in order to get a CAS / Tier 4 Visa for a Foundation Course in the UK. Contact tesol@aber.ac.uk

 
Undergraduate

Successful completion of სრული ზოგადი განათლების ატესტატი (General Education Diploma) with minimum 65% pass plus International Foundation Program.

Postgraduate

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 65% aggregate.

English Requirements

IELTS score of at least 6.0 - 7.5 depending on course requirements.

 

If you require help or assistance with your English then our International English Centre will be pleased to offer assistance and guidance. The Centre offers an intensive full-time course available before you commence your degree and provides ongoing support throughout the duration of your studies.

Please note each course will require specific entry grades from the qualifications highlighted above. Some courses may also require an additional portfolio or interview.

(Undergraduate)

£2,000 tuition fee discount for every taught year of studies

Students must be self-funded and not receive any other scholarships apart from the International Accommodation Award.

Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship

(Postgraduate)

£3,000 tuition fee discount
Students must have the equivalent of a UK First Class Honours degree to be eligible for this Scholarship.

International Accommodation Award

(Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate)
