Book launch by Ken Booth, entitled 'International Relations: All That Matters'

The David Davies Memorial Institute (DDMI) invites you to a book launch by Ken Booth, entitled International Relations: All That Matters. The event will take place on Tuesday, 17 March 2015, 16:30-18:00 (Main Hall, Interpol Building). The book asks fundamental questions about the power, justice and politics, which underpin our current concerns in human society. It also highlights how the academic discipline of International Relations matters, given the day-to-day relevance of the practices of international relations. This accessible and readable book offers a comprehensive introduction to international relations that will appeal to students as well as general readers. Having published nearly 30 books and numerous articles and chapters, Ken Booth has long been a prominent figure in the intellectual community of international studies. This was recognized by the International Studies Association’s Susan Strange Award in 2004. He is now the President of the DDMI in the Department of International Politics, Aberystwyth University where he was head of department and the first E.H. Carr Professor.
