Corporate Stationery

Consistency across all University stationery is paramount. Letterheads, Compliment Slips and Business Cards have been designed to particular specifications which have been carefully considered. All items are available to download on this page. 

Staff are now able to download their chosen stationery item and populate the relevant information themselves. We strongly advise that all office stationery should not be printed by your own office printer. Staff are required to e-mail the completed document to the Print Unit for printing: pntstaff@aber.ac.uk.

Business Cards

Do not use Mr/Mrs/Ms in titles. Post-nominal letters and qualifications can be up to one line’s worth in length.

Personalised details may include: 

  • Job Title 
  • Department name 
  • Department's postcode 

The address on the Business Card will be standardised to Aberystwyth University and Ceredigion.

Compliment Slip

There are general University compliment slips, personalised compliment slips and sub-branded compliment slips. We have created a series of compliment slips for you to download and use immediately. You can choose from the range of corporate colours too.

Corporate Powerpoint Slides

It is important that all our communications are on brand and this includes presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Always use the templates provided. Templates will also contain notes on how to use the layouts and colour schemes.
