For the last five years, Careers Wales and Aberystwyth University have worked in partnership to deliver a high-impact careers event called ‘Choose Your Future’ for pupils in years 10 to 13 in Ceredigion. The aim of this event is to raise awareness of the different opportunities available to young people in the future economy of Wales and to encourage them to connect with employers.
The university also supports local schools to deliver a range of other activities such as mock interview programmes, CV workshops, and options events for pupils in years 9 and 11.
