Campus Tours - Frequently Asked Questions

The Campus Tour will be a walking tour and will take approximately an hour. We will be able to show you the location of academic departments, some on-campus facilities, and a selection of accommodation options. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the University location and surrounding area. 

The Campus Tour approximately lasts 60 minutes.

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. 

The Campus Tours will be led by one of our trained ambassadors. This would be the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions about the course(s) they are studying, what it’s like to be a student in Aberystwyth, what the town is like and much more. 

The Campus Tour is a walking tour and the campus itself is located on a hill so we would advise all attendees to bring suitable footwear and be prepared for all weather.

You will be able to see some of our sports facilities whilst on the Campus Tour. Not all sports facilities are on Campus but our Sports Centre is. You will have the opportunity to see the majority of offered facilities seen here: https://www.aber.ac.uk/en/sportscentre/facilities/  

Yes, car parking is available free of charge behind the Arts Centre.
