Aberystwyth University hosts BPS Welsh Branch Annual Student Conference

Psychology students from universities across Wales are invited to show case their work at this year’s British Psychology Society (BPS) Welsh student conference which is hosted by Aberystwyth University.

The 2019 BPS Welsh Branch Annual Student Conference takes place at Aberystwyth University’s Medrus Conference Centre from 9am to 5pm on Saturday 4 May 2019.

Open to third-year undergraduate and taught masters students and free to attend, the one-day event offers an opportunity for them to present their own research work to peers.

Professor Nigel Holt, Head of the Department of Psychology at Aberystwyth said: “We are delighted to host this year’s BPS student conference and we look forward to welcoming contributions from the whole of Wales to Aberystwyth University. This is an excellent opportunity for students to share their work with their peers and to be inspired by research being done by fellow students from other psychology departments.”

Closing date for students wanting to contribute is Friday 22 March.
