Aberystwyth has been affected by strong winds and high waves today (03/1/14).
Further high tides are predicted into the weekend. Take great care and be mindful that the high waves are dangerous if you get close. The stones carried up in the waves and the strong currents can cause serious injury.
Due to storm related power failure, Balmoral Hall is closed. Arrangements have been made to move all residents from Balmoral Hall to Tŷ Gwerin Hall within Seafront Residences with immediate effect.
All Balmoral residents are required go to the Accommodation Office, which is situated in Penbryn on main campus, until 6pm today. From 6pm today until Monday 9am to Penglais Campus Reception in order to collect room keys for Tŷ Gwerin.
