InvEnterPrize is a new and exciting student business competition coming soon to Aberystwyth University.
If you have an idea for a new product or service which you could turn into a successful venture, this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!
“InvEnterPrize is a real and practical opportunity for students to work on genuinely entrepreneurial ideas and see them come to fruition” explained Dr James Hudson, Technology Transfer Manager.
Entries will be encouraged from individuals or teams with inventions, business start-up ideas and other ambitious plans. The competition will be open to students studying at Aberystwyth during 2012/13 and will be officially launched at the start of the new academic year.
The winning entry will receive a generous prize package including support and investment worth up to a maximum of £20,000 to start the business. In addition, all shortlisted finalists will receive expert advice from a panel of successful entrepreneurial alumni.
As part of the InvEnterPrize competition, Aberystwyth’s Enterprise Network will be hosting a range of workshops and inspirational presentations open to students interested in developing their entrepreneurial skills and preparing their entry.
