Make a Difference- Video Conference

On Monday 16th and Thursday 19th of May members of the University’s Information Services team will be holding videoconferencing ‘taster sessions’ for all students and members of staff.
Over these two days, several of the University’s videoconferencing studios will be linked via the web to each other and a number of roaming laptops that will be situated around the Penglais and Gogerddan Campuses.
This is an attempt to demonstrate how this technology could potentially help University staff to avoid travelling to meetings and in so doing reduce carbon emissions from fuel.
Come along to one of the drop-in taster sessions that run between 11.30 and 15.00 at two of the University’s videoconferencing studios:
