University appoints new Vice-President

Mrs Elizabeth France CBE BScEcon, Hon DSc, Hon DLitt, Hon D Laws, the Telecommunications and Energy Supply Ombudsman and previously the UK's first Information Commissioner, has been appointed a Vice-President of Aberystwyth University.
