We are looking for individuals who may be interested and able to commit to being a member of our tasting panel at the AIEC.

What is a trained taste panel?

A trained taste panel is a selection of individuals, who have a joint duty to taste various food/drink products, in order to determine flavour and aroma and aid with the development of new products. We would like to determine if potential taste panellists can tell the difference between various food/drink samples which is crucial information needed to ensure quality control.
