"After completing my BSc in Agricultural Science at Morehead State University in Kentucky and several internships focusing on Thoroughbred reproduction, I decided to further my education by enrolling in Aberystwyth’s Equine Science MSc course.  The course was definitely challenging, especially when coming from a different educational system such as myself.  However the professors want to see everyone succeed in the course and will provide support and guidance every step of the way.

For my dissertation, I focused on the genetics behind multiple ovulations in Thoroughbred mares.  This, plus my other knowledge, helped me obtain my current job as the breeding and ranch manager of the Scottsdale Equine Reproduction Center in Scottsdale, Arizona."
