Wireless Network Service

Aberystwyth University (AU) operate a wireless network with coverage throughout all University buildings and Halls of Residence; the Student Union building and the Arts Centre.

All use of the Wireless Network is governed by the Information Services Regulation and Guidelines, AU Wireless policy and the JANET Acceptable Use and eduroam policies

• AU Managed devices will automatically connect to PAU-X using trusted certificates on the managed device.
• All other devices being used by AU registered users shoud connect to eduroam using email address and password  
• Visitors to AU can make use of our guest network PAU-Guest
