Contracted staff
The following lists are updated automatically from data in Aber People (ABW) on a daily basis:
- they include all contracted staff in a department
- these lists do NOT included Honorary, Emeritus, Visiting, Temporary/Volunteer staff or Aberworkers
- where a member of staff works in two or more departments they will be included in the list for each
- staff who work at Faculty level are included in the Faculty level lists but not the lists for departments within that Faculty. If you wish them to be included in your department list please ask your Head of Department to contact Web Services to confirm we should affiliate them to your department.

Aberworkers
The following lists are updated automatically from data in Aber People (ABW) on a daily basis:
- they include all Aberworkers accepted for employment in a department
- where an Aberworker has been accepted for employment in two or more departments they will be included in the list for each
