Llinos works at the Sports Centre as a Recreational Assistant, Swim Teacher and Class Tutor. In her previous role at the Sports Centre she was the Climbing Wall Officer, and she remains an avid rock-climber. Llinos is also an experienced hill walker, runner and cyclist. Before working at Aberystwyth University Llinos was a climbing instructor and financial administrator in Sheffield. In 2001 she took part in an expedition to South Georgia, and was part of a team that made the first ascent of Mount MacArthur.
