Pasting your Signature into Outlook
- Open Outlook then click on File at the top left
- Click Options on the blue bar down the left side
- Click Mail and then click Signatures...
- Click New and then give your signature a name and click OK
- Click inside the large box under Email signature and press CTRL+V to paste in your new signature.
- Open Outlook
- On the menu bar at the top of the screen click on Outlook and then Preferences...
- Click Signatures
- Click the +
- Give your signature a name and then click inside the large box underneath and press Command+V to paste in your new signature.
- Log in to webmail (https://webmail.aber.ac.uk)
- Click the cog icon in the top right
- The Settings panel will appear on the right
- Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the panel.
- Click Email and then click Compose and reply on the next column.
- Click inside the large box under Email signature and press CTRL+V to paste in your new signature.
