Alexander Keepin

Alexander graduated in 1995 having studied law at Aberystwyth. Alexander trained in the City and is a Partner in Berwin Leighton Paisner's corporate finance group and is Head of Mining. He previously spent over 10 years at Charles Russell. Alexander’s practice is particularly international and includes a wealth of experience in advising on listings by Energy and Natural Resources companies. He also has considerable experience in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and takeovers, including reverse takeovers.

Alexander lives in Kent with his wife (an Aberystwyth history graduate) and two children.
