If you wish to have the Foundations of Law (FoL) as part of your degree, you MUST take and pass the following modules: Tort Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, EU Law, Public Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, and Human Rights (these modules are available at different levels). For students starting their degree in 2019, 2020 or 2021 who wish to obtain a ‘Qualifying Law Degree’, Human Rights (which is available at Level 2 and Level 3 and runs in alternate years) will be necessary as part of the 180 credits of ‘Foundation of Legal Knowledge’ subjects.
