Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students should be able to:
Understand and critically evaluate different theoretical perspectives on business ethics and to apply these into organizational contexts
Understand and critical evaluate alternative approaches to corporate social responsibility and how these can be applied by managers
To appreciate and understand the wide range of cultural and social contexts within which organizations operate and the challenges that these present for socially responsible actions and ethical decision making
To equip students with the skills to make ethical and responsible decisions as managers thought the application of conceptual frameworks to practical examples
To develop presentation and team working skills though class exercises
To improve written and verbal reasoning skills and analytical skills through the application of ethical models to ethical dilemmas and problems
