Applying for University Accommodation

International fee paying students are eligible for the International Accommodation Award, which means that the cost of staying in university accommodation is either entirely free of charge or heavily discounted. Terms and conditions apply.

You will still need to apply for accommodation, which can be done once you have activated your Aberystwyth IT account – this will be from July onward.

To qualify for guaranteed university accommodation, you must apply by the 1st of August in the year of entry and respond to your offer of accommodation by the deadline detailed in the Accommodation Offer.

Please note that the deadline can be as little as 24 hours, so please make sure you check your Aberystwyth IT account regularly.

If you will be commencing your studies in the second semester, then you are still guaranteed a place in university accommodation, and you will be able to apply for accommodation from around November prior to your studies.
