However we do constantly review the options available which is influenced by customer demand as well as market availability and operational limitations. You specifically mention IBERbach, where we do have a range of vegan sandwiches, soups, cakes and drinks. We will look again at this to see if the choice can be expanded. However as this is a small café where most of the items come pre-packaged, we are limited to what can be purchased.
