What happens to my comment?

Your comments are read by us here at the Tell US Now team, we then pass comments on to the relevant Head of Department or Manager in charge of services. Depending on the nature of the comment we might pass it on to more senior levels of the University management. The person who receives the comment will considers your submission, if appropriate decisions are made on what actions to take and they produce a response. We then send this response to you if you provide your contact details.

On a departmental, faculty and institution level we analyse the comments and these comments along with other data inform the University on how we are doing in certain areas. These comments also feed into the University strategy.
