Membership
Who can join?
Membership is available for:
- All employees of Aberystwyth University.
- Anyone employed by the following affiliated organisations:
- Coleg Ceredigion
- National Library of Wales
- The Royal Commission for Ancient and Historic Monuments Wales
- Aber Instruments
- All postgraduate students of Aberystwyth University
- Anyone else who is sponsored by 2 members
- All retired and unwaged people
How much does membership cost?
The membership year runs from 1 November to 31 October. People joining mid-term will be charged pro rata
- Full subscription is £39 per annum
- Retired or unwaged subscription is £19.50 per annum Standing Order - £18.00)
- Spouses or partners may join as Affiliated members at no extra cost
- AU staff can pay through monthly deductions from their salary
- Postgraduate subscription is £5.00 per annum
How do I join?
You can join either:
- At the Clubhouse in person - speak to the bar staff
- By downloading, printing and completing the relevant application form below
- By contacting ausssc@aber.ac.uk
