Lina has come to join our FitTogether from Lithuania ! Currently working in Aberystwyth, Lina (said like "Lynne A") also works part time in the Sports Centre as a Class Tutor. Her careful attention to detail, kind nature and excellent technique means you will be well looked after and have a great time in her classes. Lina is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, with special intrest in Running - a Level 2 Running coach, Insanity trainer as well as Zumba and aerobics, Lina brings a wealth of experience to her sessions.
