Mr Alastair Rhodes

Alastair is an ex British and Welsh Duathlete, having competed professionally for 12 years which also included two world championships before training to become a fitness instructor.

Alastair has an NVQ Gym Instructor award, as well as further qualifications in Fitball, Nutrition, Fitness Testing and Indoor Studio Cycling.

He is totally motivated for success and anyone wanting that extra incentive to work harder.
