MA (Distinction) History and Heritage

My main research interests are commemoration and memorialisation.  I also specialise in the history of the First and Second World Wars as well as heritage studies.

Having worked in the Welsh heritage sector for a number of years, I have practical expertise in archives, copyright and outreach.

I am originally from Carmarthenshire. As well as being an Aberystwyth graduate I have worked in a number of departments at the University  I am a fluent Welsh speaker.  In my spare time I enjoy hiking and skiing.
