Elin has extensive management experience and having worked for Aberystwyth University for a number of years, is knowledgeable in the field of higher education.

Previously, Elin managed the successful Advanced Media Production Project. Whilst working within the Marketing Department, Elin was responsible for delivering the University presence at the Royal Welsh Show, Maes B at the National Eisteddfod as well as organising the annual Big Welcome Week.

Elin enjoys spending time on the family farm in Llanwrtyd, Powys, and is kept busy with her three active children. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.
