Aberystwyth University Students Union

The Union is led by students for students and is a separate organisation from the University. All students at Aberystwyth University, including part-time students, are automatically a member of AberSU and can access all of the services at the Students' Union.

The Union is open all year-round, providing a safe and inclusive space to relax or study. Students can unwind in the Union bar and enjoy a fresh Starbucks coffee or alcoholic beverage.

We have over 43 different Sports Clubs and 78 different Societies offering you endless opportunities to get involved. Whether you want to get competitive or just have fun, becoming part of the Team Aber community can make your student experience an unforgettable one!

We assist hundreds of students every year with independent support and representation. The Union building hosts a fully stocked shop, an Essentials Hub food bank, Family room, and bar. There are also a variety of rooms that students can book out via the SU website.
