Days of Mosaic

Mosaic has been associated with mental health and wellness linked to this art form. it is a perfect activity to create a bonding experienceThe technique and skills require the brain to function and block other worries. Students will be making a small plaque on a wooden substrate to create a mosaic and learn about the history of mosaics. You will be using the technique of pique assiette; mixing found objects within your mosaic but also working with recuced tiles to eitehr make a small square mosaic or a paving stone.
