Using Zoom at Aberystwyth University

Microsoft Teams is the University and IS-supported, GDPR-compliant tool available to staff and students for video calls, online meetings and teaching. Any discussions involving personal data should not be conducted outside of this environment.

Zoom should not be used for teaching activities and should only be used when there are attendees who are unable to join via Teams.
