Deborah Rhead Chartered MCIPD

Deb joined Aberystwyth University as a HR Business Partner in November 2021. Prior to joining Aberystwyth she was an area HR Business Partner for a large retail business.

 

As HR Business Partner, Deb works in partnership with FELS, and several Professional Services areas to provide a professional HR and organisational development service that is customer-focused and drives performance improvement.

 

Deb’s primary role is to develop strategies and implement business and workforce initiatives, which support Faculty/Professional Service plans and objectives. She is also accountable for providing operational support to managers on complex employee relations issues in conjunction with other HR colleagues.
