As Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Dylan supports the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in implementing the University’s Strategic Equality Plan, raising the profile of equality, diversity and inclusion within the University and has responsibility for developing, implementing, and promoting relevant actions and initiatives.

The lead on equality, diversity and inclusion matters providing advice and recommendations across all levels in the University on legislative requirements, good practice and inclusive activity.
