To Bach – Welsh Circumflex
To Bach is a free software application available to download from the Software Centre which makes placing a cimcumflex and accents for Welsh very easy. By pressing Alt Gr and a letter, it places a circumflex (tô bach) on vowels e.g. â ê î ô û ŵ ŷ
