I am a researcher, writer, walking artist, coach and movement teacher based in North Wales, UK. I write, create soundscapes and podcasts, work on interdisciplinary creative projects and also offer coaching, mentoring and inclusion advocacy. My current PhD research with Aberystwyth and Exeter universities explores therapeutic landscapes and creative practice, and is funded by the SWW-DTP.
