Appointment of Chancellor
Lord Thomas of Cwmgïedd's term of office as Aberystwyth University's Chancellor will conclude on 31 December 2024.
The process will now begin the process to appoint the University's next Chancellor.
Applications
Applications are now being invited to appoint Aberystwyth University's next Chancellor, to commence in the role on 01 January 2025. The initial term of office is five years, which is renewable for a second term of up to five years.
Applications should set out an individual’s experience and suitability for appointment, and be submitted to the University Secretary, along with a CV, by 12:00 on Friday, 27 September 2024.
