The secretaries provide the friendly advice and support necessary for carrying on the day to day adminstrative work within the department for staff and students alike.
When contacting the department by phone you will initially contact one of the people listed below.
All the secretaries take general enquiries between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM but with respect to prospective undergraduates and post-graduates then see the description below.

If you are interested in becoming an undergraduate then Ruth will be your first contact in the department.
If you have applied through UCAS then please have your UCAS number, telephone number and any other relevant details handy and Ruth will arrange for you to speak to the Admissions Officer.
