"As an IT (Industrial Trainee) at IBM I have learnt so much in so little time working in a true software engineering environment. Not only new skills and new programming languages but also communicative skills with peers and managers alike, how a global leader in Information Technology operates on a day to day basis, and not forgetting the feeling of true accomplishment when our team succeeds (and the disappointment when we fail!).
Team working is an absolute must in today's business's, and IBM take no exception to that. The team operates incredibly well, and I have learnt to adapt quickly and efficiently to the structure that IBM have deployed.
Working around people that are the best in the business has really opened my eyes, and I am truly thankful that I have had this opportunity to work here for a year."
