How to use the key:

options in step 1 that best categorises the fungi
you are trying to identify - the options include 'Stipe
Viscid & Cap Viscid', 'Stipe Dry & Cap
Viscid' and 'Stipe Dry & Cap Dry'. |

Follow the link of your chosen
category, this will take you to step 2 in the key.

Using the table in step 2
- Scroll down the 'Description of Fungi' column
on the left hand side until you find a description that
best identifies your fungi. |

Once you have found a description look across to the
'Possible Match(es)' column.
This will give you a possible match - following this
link will give you photographs and descriptions of that
species of fungi.

the descriptions in step 2 then a 'Refine Criteria'
link is provided for further investigation. This will
