Brief description
1. This option module will seek to introduce students to the practical problems as well as the rich opportunities involved in a study of medieval society.
2.To identify the distinctive features of late medieval Welsh society as well as the features shared with the societies of other European countries in the same period.
3. To introduce students to the range of anthropological literature and to confront some of the fundamental questions of social anthropology by looking in depth at the society of late-medieval Wales.
