I understand that the terms and conditions of the award will require me, if successful, to maintain regular contact with a nominated tutor to ensure I am progressing to the best of my ability.
I understand that the award will be withdrawn should I change to an ineligible scheme of study, or if I don’t adhere to the full terms and conditions of the award.
I accept that successful candidates may be required to work with a designated Tutor and the Development and Alumni Relations Office of the University to promote the Fund and assist with reporting back to the donor on the impact the Fund has had on their studies.
I understand that, if successful, I will be expected to attend all lectures and attain and maintain a high level of academic performance and attendance.
I give permission for enquiries to be made of the relevant authorities to substantiate the information provided.
