If students do not take Land Law / Cyfraith Tir and Equity and Trusts / Ecwiti a Chyfraith Ymddiriedau in Year 3 of the degree scheme, then they will not be able to take all six SQE optional modules in the final year and they will therefore not be able to take modules which cover all functioning legal knowledge for SQE 1.
